  • Access to a curated paid network, without interviewing six contractors
  • Appointment setting and concierge coordination through handoff

What Colorado Luxury Bath Does Not Do

Colorado Luxury Bath does not perform construction, installation, demolition, plumbing, electrical, or other remodeling work. We are not a licensed general contractor, do not hold a contractor's license, and do not perform permitted work. We also do not produce designs, renderings, proposals, or material specification documents.

All physical remodeling work is performed by an independent, Colorado-licensed and insured installer. That installer controls construction means and methods and is responsible for permits, code compliance, labor, scheduling, and jobsite safety.

Who You Contract With

Your construction agreement is signed directly with your matched licensed installer, not with Colorado Luxury Bath. The installer evaluates your home and provides the construction scope, quote, payment schedule, timeline, and contract.

That direct agreement governs the work and the relationship between you and the installer, including pricing, changes, completion, payments, warranties, and the resolution of construction concerns.

How Colorado Luxury Bath Is Paid

The installer pays Colorado Luxury Bath a referral fee calculated as a percentage of the total project value. The fee is paid by the installer, including in part from the homeowner's deposit, and is a cost the installer factors into project pricing. Homeowners pay Colorado Luxury Bath nothing directly.

Because this fee scales with project size, we disclose it so homeowners can weigh it when considering an introduction. We present contractors from our paid network only and do not survey the entire market. Compensation may influence which installers we present, though we aim to recommend a strong fit for each project.

How We Vet Installers

Before an installer enters our network, we conduct an independent review designed to uphold the standard behind every introduction. Our process includes:

  • Verification of applicable Colorado and local licenses or registrations
  • Verification of current insurance coverage
  • Independent review of experience, reputation, and prior work

Credentials can change, so homeowners should review the installer's current documentation and construction agreement before work begins.

Financing

Financing, when available, is provided by unaffiliated third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval and the lender's terms. Colorado Luxury Bath is not a lender and does not broker credit.

An installer may introduce financing options for the homeowner to review directly with the lender. Rates, terms, eligibility, and approval are determined solely by that lender.

Warranties

Workmanship warranties are issued and administered by the installer performing the work. Product and material warranties are issued by their respective manufacturers.

Review warranty coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures with your installer before signing the construction agreement. Colorado Luxury Bath does not issue construction or product warranties.

No Guarantee

Colorado Luxury Bath does not guarantee the performance, workmanship, or conduct of any installer, and does not guarantee construction timelines, pricing, project approval, financing approval, or final results.

Colorado Luxury Bath is not liable for the installer's work, including construction defects, delays, cost overruns, or property damage. Those matters are governed by your construction agreement with the installer. See our Terms of Use for the full disclaimer and limitation of liability.
