Privacy Policy

Colorado Luxury Bath is a marketing and referral service. We provide appointment setting, installer vetting, concierge matchmaking, and project coordination through a paid network of independent, licensed and insured installers.

We do not perform construction and are not a licensed general contractor. Your matched installer evaluates your project, provides the construction quote, signs the construction contract directly with you, and performs the work.

Installer partners are independently owned and operated. They are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, workmanship, warranties, pricing, and scheduling. Any estimate, timeline, promotional offer, or guarantee is subject to the partner contractor's own terms and a site evaluation of your home.

The installer pays us a referral fee calculated as a percentage of total project value, including in part from the homeowner's deposit. The installer factors that cost into project pricing. Homeowners pay Colorado Luxury Bath nothing directly. We present contractors from our paid network only and do not survey the entire market.

Information you give us

When you submit a form, request a consultation, or contact us, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Home address or ZIP code
• Details about your project, including the type of remodel, budget range, and desired timeline
• Photos or documents you choose to send us

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our analytics and advertising partners may automatically collect:

• IP address and approximate location
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on the site
• The website or ad that referred you to us

This is collected using cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel described in Section 4.

Information from advertising platforms

If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta provides us with the information you entered on that form, along with limited data about the ad you responded to.

We use the information we collect to:

• Contact you about your inquiry, by phone, text message, or email
• Schedule an in-home consultation with a matched licensed specialist
• Learn your project priorities and identify a suitable installer match
• Coordinate your introduction to an independent licensed installer
• Send follow-ups, appointment reminders, and — if you opt in — promotional offers
• Improve our website, our services, and the performance of our advertising
• Comply with legal and tax obligations

We share the information you provide with independent contractors in our partner network, and the selected contractor pays us a referral fee calculated as a percentage of total project value, including in part from the homeowner's deposit. Under the Colorado Privacy Act, this exchange may be considered a "sale" of personal data. You have the right to opt out — see Section 5.

We share information as follows:

• Partner contractors. Independent, licensed remodeling contractors who receive your inquiry so they can contact you, quote your project, and perform the work. Once your information is shared, the contractor's own privacy practices govern how they use it. We encourage you to review their privacy policy directly.
• Service providers. Companies that help us operate — CRM and scheduling software, email and text messaging providers, website hosting, analytics, and payment processors. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Advertising partners. As described in Section 4.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfer. If our business is sold or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram and use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API on our website. These tools tell us which ads led to inquiries and help Meta show our ads to people more likely to be interested.

We may also share a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address or phone number with Meta to measure advertising results and to build audiences. Hashing is designed so the underlying data is not readable as plain text.

• Appeal a decision if we decline your request

How to opt out of the sale of your data or targeted advertising

We will process your request within 45 days as required by the Colorado Privacy Act. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may contact the Colorado Attorney General's office if you have concerns about our handling of our appeal.

Please note: opting out after your information has already been shared with a partner contractor does not automatically remove it from that contractor's records. You may need to contact them directly.

All visitors

Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Contact us using Section 9 below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally 45 days.

To verify your identity we may ask you to confirm information you previously gave us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We keep inquiry and lead information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward, in case you return to us. Referral and business records are kept longer when needed to meet legal and tax obligations. Construction contracts, invoices, and workmanship warranties are maintained by the independent installer. You may request deletion at any time, subject to records we are legally required to retain.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
